Ready for an adrenaline pump? Experience an unseen side of Koh Samui while steering your own ATV on off-road terrain. The 1-hour tour takes you through the hilly jungle right in the middle of Koh Samui. If you opt for the 2-hour ride, you’ll also visit a waterfall (depending on the season), rivers, a mountain viewpoint, rubber plantations and coconut groves. Our friendly English-speaking guides will join you or your group and help out when necessary. Receive a basic driving training with our 250 cc ATV quads and helmets and we’re off for our ATV Quad tour Koh Samui! What to expect during the ATV Quad tour in Samui
This ATV Quad tour Koh Samui starts with a pickup from your hotel or villa on Koh Samui. You can choose a morning (10:00) or afternoon (14:00) departure. Our driver will drop you off at the base camp, where it’s time to get a safety instruction. You’ll receive a helmet and will be able to test drive your Quad bike a bit until you feel comfortable driving it. You can choose between an automatic or manual ATV on arrival.
We’ll leave the camp and head through the jungle, driving on off-road terrain up the hills. The 1-hour tour gives you a good idea about the surroundings and is fun for a short trip. The 2-hour tour also includes a visit to the waterfalls (depending on the season), an amazing viewpoint on the top off the hills and a number of coconut groves. Tourists rarely see this side of Koh Samui! At the end of the trip our air-conditioned vans will take you back to your hotel or villa. Itinerary
We’ll meet you at your hotel, private villa or pickup point. Our driver will take you to the ATV base camp in Lamai.
We arrive at the ATV base camp. Fit your helmet and pick an ATV for your ride through the jungle. We start after the safety instructions by our local guides.
We drive into the lush forests of Koh Samui. Be prepared to drive off-road on sandy tracks up and down the hill. Our guides will drive with you and assist in case you need it. Don’t worry: our ATV tours have a perfect safety record!
After an hour drive through the jungle the ATVs on the 1-hour tour return to the base camp. The 2-hour tour continues uphill here.
The 2-hour tour continues to a waterfall and amazing viewpoint on the top of the hills of Koh Samui. We drive to a jungle restaurant with amazing 360-degree views of all sides of the island. On the way we pass rivers, coconut groves and other fruit plantations.
We drive back to the ATV base camp where we drop off our ATVs.
At the end of the ATV Quad tour Koh Samui our driver takes you back to your hotel or villa in an air-conditioned van. An amazing adrenaline pumped experience!

Faq
Yes you can! Please ask for a helmet with a base when checking in. We have a limited numbers of helmets available for use with GoPro and will hand them out on a first come, first serve basis.
Yes we can. If your villa isn’t situated on a steep hill, we can pick you up from your doorstep. If that isn’t the case, we can set a pickup point down the hill close to your villa. This is usually a hotel reception or nearby 7-11, Family Mart or gas station.
The ATV Quad tour Koh Samui runs every day, no matter the weather. It’s actually a nice experience to have on a rainy day as you can test the capabilities of the ATV to the max. If it rains so hard that roads are inaccessible, we’ll offer you a different date or refund.
Experience is not necessary. If you feel comfortable driving an ATV, you can opt for a manual one. If it’s your first time we recommend driving an automatic ATV. Our guides will help you to get used to the machine and are always around to help if necessary.
You can cancel your booking for free up until 24 hours in advance of the tour start date, no questions asked. We’ll refund you the deposit or you can choose to use it as an advance to a different booking or tour.
Yes you can. Passengers are charged half price. Please let us know when booking if you want to bring a passenger. The fee can be paid upon arrival at the ATV camp. The minimum age for passengers is 3 years old.
The minimum age to drive yourself is 12. You are only allowed to drive after a successful ability test at the base camp.

The guide was great at reading the group – some people wanted to go fast and some needed a bit more support and he catered to both without making a big deal of it. The 2 hour route through the jungle, waterfall and up to the mountain is a really well put together experience. The hilltop restaurant with the full island view is genuinely one of the highlights of our whole trip to Thailand.
Did this on a rainy afternoon which the guide enthusiastically recommended. The muddy tracks through the jungle are completley different when wet – more challenging and honestly more fun. Guide Bank managed our group of 5 brilliantly and the pace was right for everyone. The 2 hour route through the rubber and coconut farms and up to the mountain covered a huge amount of ground in a really enjoyable way. The 360 mountain view at the end is the best view on Samui and the jungle restaurant up there was a great spot for a cold drink before heading back.
Solid morning and the 2 hour route is excellent value. The off road sections are the best part and the mountain viewpoint is spectacular. One note – we had heavy rain and one of the quads had a minor mechanical issue on the muddy descent. Was sorted fine but worth knowing that wet conditions put extra strain on the bikes.
Guide Lek was at the front the whole way and knew when to push and when to take it easy on the difficult bits. The 2 hour route goes through parts of Samui that you’d never find yourself – rubber farms, coconut groves, river crossings. The mountain viewpoint at the end has the best view on the island and we stayed up there for ages.
Didn’t expect much from an ATV tour but this genuinely surprised me, mainly because of that mountain viewpoint.
