Booking and Payment
a. All tour bookings must be made in advance and require either full payment at the time of booking, or full payment on arrival at the tour location.
b. Payment can be made through our online booking system or via bank transfer.
c. Once the booking is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
d. The tour company reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received in full and on time.
e. In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellation more than 24 hourse before the tour date: full refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 days before the tour date: no refund.
The cut-off time is no later than 23:59, two days before your tour date (GMT+7 Thailand time).
Tour Itinerary
a. The tour itinerary is subject to change without notice due to weather conditions, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
b. The tour company reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour if necessary, in which case a full refund will be provided.
c. The tour company is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer due to changes in the tour itinerary.
d. Customers are expected to follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times for their own safety.
Liability
a. The tour company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property during the tour.
b. Customers are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour, and should inform the tour company of any medical conditions or other concerns that may affect their participation.
c. The tour company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that results from the customer’s failure to comply with the tour guide’s instructions.
Travel Documents
a. Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, before the tour.
b. The tour company is not responsible for any costs or consequences that arise from the customer’s failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
Privacy policy
a. The tour company respects the privacy of its customers and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the customer’s consent.
b. The tour company may collect personal information for the purpose of providing tour services and communicating with customers.
c. The tour company may use customer feedback and reviews for promotional purposes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved by the courts of Thailand.
