Arrival at Nathon pier. Check in and board the big boat.

Enjoy the slow paced boat trip to Angthong Marine Park. Enjoy the views on the way. A light breakfast, coffee, tea, water and soft drinks are served on board.

Our first stop is Koh Wua Ta Lap. Here you can visit the viewpoint with breathtaking views of the 42 islands. You can also visit the Lotus cave or go snorkeling and sunbathing on the beach. Snorkeling equipment will be provided.

Back on the boat you will be served a delicious Thai style lunch. There will be 3 main dishes, seasonal salads, fresh fruit and beverages. If you require vegetarian food, please let us know in advance. During lunch we’re slowly heading to Koh Mae Koh.

We arrive at Koh Mae Koh. Our guides will inform you about the island, where you can visit the famous Emerald Lake, a hidden green salt water lake. If you included kayaking in your booking, this is where we board the kayaks with our guides for a trip around the island. The best time to visit Angthong Marine Park is after the rainy season in march, april and may when the waters are usually calm. There are sun shades on the deck. The park is closed in rainy season between 1 november december 15th.

The viewpoint can be accessed by a series of stairs and can be tough for small children, older persons and people with disabilities. Please make sure to wear sensible footwear if you want to make the climb up. If you’re in reasonable condition it shouldn’t be too hard to get to the top.

Our big boat doesn’t run between 1 november – 15 december as the park is closed and the waters usually too rough. The tour will run if it’s rainy but and safe to go. If the waves are too high to make the trip we will offer you a different date or a refund.

The boat is a tad old but it does the job: getting you to the park comfortably. We did the same trip with a speedboat ages ago and enjoyed this one more as you have space to move around. The park is just as beautiful as before. Lunch is good and tasty. Recommended!

Good tour to the 42 islands. Do include the kayaking and make sure to wear some proper trainers for the climb to the viewpoint. It’s a budget trip so don’t expect anything fancy.

We visited many national parks on our trip to Thailand and this one was one of our favourites, even though it was quite busy at every stop. The boat is a bit slow but more stable than some speedboats we saw passing us. As I get seasick quickly this made a big difference for me. Lunch was good, snorkeling not too amazing and we decided not to do the kayaking. All in all a nice day out

    Good trip to the islands

Great day away from Samui during our 2 week stay. We went to Angthong with 2 adults and 2 small children. The trip itself was quite relaxed and we all enjoyed the kayaking. The viewpoint was a bit too much for the little ones but we managed to do it. The views are absolutely amazing! Snorkeling was better at Koh Tao. Would do this tour again in a heartbeat.

Good trip, the water was a bit rough but from what I saw being on a bigger boat seemed to be more comfortable than the speedboats. It does take a bit longer but we were with 2 teenagers and they enjoyed walking around the boat. Tasty lunch and nice crew. Would recommend for the small price we paid.
