Frequently asked questions
No problem! Our dedicated team is ready to answer any questions you may have. We are ready to help you prior to booking a tour or when you encounter problems while on tour. Any questions about suitability for infants and children? About long hikes or kayaking? Please give us a call, send a message in WhatsApp, Line or email. We are happy to help!
Booking a tour online is easy. On every tour page you will see a booking form on the right (or at the bottom if you’re on our mobile website). Select an available date, the number of adults, children and/or infants and click the ‘Book now’ button. On the next page you can enter your personal details as well as pickup location. Add your notes if necessary and proceed to book. We’ll send you a boooking voucher by email.
We can only accept payments in Thai Baht. For your convenience you can change the display currency on our website to your local currency, but the payments to the operator need to be done in cash with Thai Baht. Some operators also have a credit card machine so you can pay by card on arrival. If you want to pay by card, please let us know. Additional payment fees may be applied.
We close online bookings close to the tour date, but for most tours it’s possible to make a booking for the next day. In some cases it’s possible to do a same day tour, for example a private city tour or an ATV trip that starts in the afternoon. Our team can help you with same day or late bookings. Please contact us to make these arrangements and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Please don’t. We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and wasting a piece of paper for a booking voucher shouldn’t be necessary. That’s why we agreed with the tour operators to accept our mobile vouchers. Just show it on your phone on arrival or pickup, and you’re good to go.
This is usually possible if your pickup location is on or close to the pickup route. We can in most cases pick up from a private villa or bus stop, if its location isn’t on a steep hill or far inland. Please inform us if you wish to book a tour with a different pickup location. In some cases we can also set a pickup point close to a landmark or a 711/Family Mart.

An indication of the pickup time will be on our website, but times vary depending on your location. We’ll confirm the pickup time with a 30 minute margin as it can be busy on the road or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
No, we don’t. If a payment is done online, they are handled by an external trusted party like Stripe or PayPal. We don’t store any payment details on our servers.
Yes you can! Our website is protected by the latest security standards and SSL protocols. Payments are handled by external trusted payment processors like Stripe or PayPal. Those websites are heavily guarded, so you can safely book online with us as you would in any other trusted webshop.
This varies per tour, but for most day trips we don’t charge an infant fee. That is because young children (usually up until 2 years old, depending on the tour) will be seated on the lap of one of the parents. Please note that we do not book separate infant seats in this case. Those seats will be reserved for other passengers.

Don’t worry, this happens once in a while in Thailand. Sometimes there is a traffic jam or there are delays picking up other customers. Our experienced drivers will inform us in case this happens. If the pickup is over 30 minutes late, please contact us so we can investigate the issue. We’ll make sure you’ll get to your destination on time!
Please be ready at your hotel reception at the mentioned pickup time. Our drivers are very experienced and will carry a list of passengers for the day. If you are not around, they will inform the reception so they can call to your room. Please be ready on time though, in most cases there are more passengers to pick up and we want the transfer to happen as quick and smooth as possible!
This varies per tour. On a city tour you can expect an air conditioned van or car. That is also the case for most boat trips, but some operators prefer to use a large bus or an open songthaew (a pickup truck with 2 benches in the back). On every single tour page we’ll inform you about the mode of transport, so please check that in order to know what to expect.
The tour operator decides if the tour can happen on a bad weather day. Most boats and cars will go out on a rainy day when seas are relatively calm. If it is too dangerous to do the tour due to high waves or heavy rains, we’ll inform you on time to move your booking to a different date. If that is not an option for you, you can always do a different tour or we’ll refund you the amount paid.
We strive to make everyone’s trip as relaxing and worthwile as possible. If for whatever reason you are unhappy on the tour day, please inform us immediately. That way we can act quickly and solve your problems straight away. We aim for a high customer satisfaction rate and will do our utmost best to deal with any issues you may have!
