What to Expect from the Koh Samui Jet Ski Safari
Glide your jet ski over the waves in this 3-hour jet ski safari tour from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan! If the wind and waves play along, we ride our jet skis in about 45 minutes to quiet bays on Koh Phangan, where you can go snorkeling and relaxing. Please note that jet ski drivers need to be at least 18 years old. Younger children can come along as a passenger. You can book your own jet ski or share it with family or friends; the price paid is per jet ski per tour. You don’t need any previous experience riding a jet ski as our experienced guide is always around to help you out. At the start of the jet ski safari, you can try out your machine to get to know the basics. This tour is available twice daily and depends on weather conditions.
Itinerary
We’ll meet at your hotel reception or villa at the agreed time. Our driver will pick you up and we head to the north of Koh Samui.
Try on a life vest and board your jet ski, with or without passenger. In about an hour we head to Koh Phangan, accompanied by our experienced tour guide.
On arrival at Koh Phangan, we head to a secluded bay. Here you can go snorkeling, relax on the beach, or take your jet ski for another spin. There are beach restaurants where you can enjoy a meal or drinks (not included in the tour price).
After around 2 hours we refuel the jet skis and head back to Koh Samui. The scenic trip takes us along the bays of Koh Phangan and a bit of open sea between the two islands. After around an hour we arrive back at the beach in the north of Koh Samui.
The jet ski safari ends with a return transfer to your hotel or villa on Koh Samui. A morning full of adventure and memories you will wish to share with family and friends at home!

Any prior experience is welcomed but not necessary. Our tour guide will guide you all the way to Koh Phangan and back and is there to help out in the rare case where problems occur. Learning how to drive a jet ski can be done prior to the tour.
The driver of the jet ski needs to be at least 18 years old to participate. Younger kids can join as a passenger as long as they are comfortable enough sitting down on a jet ski for an extended time.
Our jet ski safari usually goes ahead in rainy and calm weather. But if the waves are too high for a safe and comfy ride to Koh Phangan, we'll let you know as soon as we can. If this happens, you've got options! If our guide thinks it's best, we'll redirect the tour towards Pig Island where the waters are calmer instead. If not, you can reschedule or get a refund. Just a heads-up, the weather can be unpredictable, so there might be times when we can only tell you about these changes right before your tour. Thanks for understanding!
You can cancel your booking for free up until 24 hours in advance of the tour start date, no questions asked. We’ll refund you the deposit or you can choose to use it as an advance to a different booking or tour.
