Your exact pickup time depends on your area and departure time. You'll see it at checkout and we confirm it with your booking.

Prefer to make your own way there? You can skip the pickup and meet us directly at the start point.

We'll share the exact meeting point and a map link in your booking confirmation.

Please arrive at the zipline park 30 minutes before the starting time.

Pickup starts about an hour before your session, so the day begins at your hotel lobby. Once you reach the park you sign in, hand over a passport copy for the insurance register, and get fitted with your harness, helmet and gloves. A practice line follows the safety briefing, then the course proper: the guides clip you in at every platform, send you off one at a time, and cross the sky bridges with you between stations. There is no rush between lines, and the pace suits families as well as adrenaline chasers. You finish with Thai coffee, fruit and snacks in the clubhouse before the drive back.

FAQs

Silver (฿1,895) covers 14 ziplines over 22 platforms with two abseil drops - about an hour of activity, ideal for first-timers or a tighter schedule. Gold (฿2,695) is the whole mountain: 21 ziplines over 33 platforms totalling around 5,000 metres, three abseil drops and the 600-metre signature line. If you are travelling a long way for this, take Gold - the longest lines are all in the second half.

Yes, round-trip hotel transfer anywhere on Koh Samui is free. Pickup begins roughly an hour before your session, so expect the van around 09:00, 12:00 or 15:00 depending on the slot you book. Staying somewhere steep or remote? The driver may arrange a meeting point a short walk away.

Children from 6 years old can ride, and the course is popular with families. Every rider must weigh between 20 and 100 kg. Bring a passport copy for each participant - it is required for the accident insurance register.

Yes. A non-participant place costs ฿400 and covers the round-trip transfer, so a partner, parent or grandparent can ride up with you, wait at the clubhouse and share the snacks afterwards without going on the cables.

Closed-toe shoes are compulsory - nobody gets on the course in sandals or flip-flops. Wear fitted, comfortable clothes, tie long hair back, and leave rings and bracelets at the hotel since they can snag on the harness. Sunscreen and mosquito spray are worth having in the jungle.

Completely - most guests are first-timers. The park uses certified Petzl gear, two trained guides accompany every group of eight, and you do a briefing plus a short practice line before the real course. The guides handle all the clipping in and out; your only job is to step off the platform.

Yes. Cancelling or moving your booking to another date is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts, and anything you have paid is refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded. If the park has to cancel, for example for weather or safety, you can move to another date or take a full refund.

Hawk Adventure sits high in the rainforest of the Ang Thong hills near Nathon, on the northwest side of Koh Samui, with sea views towards Ang Thong National Marine Park. With transfers included you do not need your own transport. Door to door, allow two to three hours depending on your package and where you are staying.

Had a great, funfilled day. Initially thought it would be horrendous due to the number of people waiting to board the boats. However, it was really well organised and activities were co-ordinated so groups weren't all doing the same thing. Our guide, Otta, and his crew were great and kept us informed of what was happening and timings. Climb to the top was tiring but well worth it. Snorkelling was better than expected. Kayaking was fun and just the right amount of time. Food was plentiful and okay. Never felt rushed. Overall a great experience. Worth the money. Just be aware that it is very busy!

Sehr gut organisierte Tour, sehr nette Crew.

Fantastic trip showing some of the great attractions around Samui, unfortunately waterfall wasn't running but to be expected this time of year (guide informed us right away). Our guides were brilliant Peter the driver and Ice the guide, extremely knowledgeable and spoke great English.
