Pickup from your hotel or villa
Pickup window08:30–09:30This UTV buggy tour offers a free pickup from your hotel or villa. The adventure starts straight away with a steep climb up the mountains of Koh Samui by 4 Wheel Drive.
Our guides will explain you how to ride the buggies. The UTV ride starts with an easy dirt track to practice your skills. After you feel comfortable it's time to head further up the mountain.
Through dense forest and using only dirt tracks we reach the highest point of Koh Samui. Enjoy the views on the way and when we get to the top. You can see Big Buddha and even Lamai from here.
On one of the highest points of the island is a restaurant. We stop here for a delicious Thai-style lunch with different options like rice, Pad Thai, curries, deep fried and salad dishes. Water and soft drinks are included. Alcohol is for sale here but take it easy if you have to drive!
After lunch you ride your UTV buggy downhill again. We use different paths so there will be something new for you all the time. The buggy tour continues to the hidden waterfall.
When we arrive at the waterfall it's time to cool down a bit! It's a good idea to bring a swimming suit and towel as the waterfall and natural pond below is a great way to freshen up. Please note that it's best to visit the waterfall during or after the rainy season, or after a few rainy days. During dry season we won't stop here.
After the swim we enter the UTV again for our final ride down to the basecamp. Our drivers are waiting for you here. They will bring you back to your hotel safely. A day full of adventure and new memories ends here!

Ride your buggy across the mountains of Koh Samui, all the way to the highest point of the island with amazing views! We drive through thick jungle, mostly on dirt tracks and stop on the way if we see something interesting like a snake or scorpion. Lunch at the 360-degree view restaurant is an adventure on its own: you can see many bays around the island from the panorama deck. The waterfall is best visited after a few days of rain or during the rainy season. It won't flow that well during the hot season but is still worth a visit to cool down a bit. This tour scores a solid 5 stars on Tripadvisor and is most definitely worth it. Book it online here!
FAQs
The minimum driver age is 12. Passengers can be younger (minimum 6 years old) but won't be allowed to drive by themselves.
No you don't. Everyone can quickly learn to drive the UTV and the tour starts with a safety training and instruction. We have a practice track at the basecamp where you can quickly learn to drive. During the tour our guides are always present to help if any problems occur.
The price on our website is per UTV, with or without passenger. Each UTV has a maximum of 2 persons: a driver and a passenger. You can decide to do the tour with 2 passengers and switch seats during the trip. Or you can rent separate UTV's and enjoy the ride by yourself. You are always part of a guided group tour during this excursion.
The best time to visit the hidden waterfall is between October-March. During the wet season the waterfalls have enough water to enjoy a refreshing waterfall shower and dive in the natural pool below. Outside of these months the waterfalls are flowing less rapidly, except after a couple of rainy days.
This tour runs daily and usually also during the rainy season. It's actually a very nice trip when it rains, because you get to drive through the water which makes it way more spectacular. A bit of rain is no reason to cancel this tour, so bring a poncho (for sale at 7/11) and enjoy the ride!
Yes. Cancelling or moving your booking to another date is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts, and anything you have paid is refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded. If we have to cancel, for example for weather or safety, you can move to another date or take a full refund.
To keep the ride safe, this tour is not suitable for back problems, heart conditions or pregnant women. If that could apply to anyone in your group, contact us before booking and we will help you find a better fit.

Very cool ride over the hills and through the jungle!! We were the only ones so it was more like a private tour! You can drive yourself, which is really fun and the lunch was at a place with an amazing view over the island and to Koh Phangan! Definitely do this!
