This 3 or 4 hour ATV tour lets you explore Samui’s magnificent landscapes. If you checked out our 1 or 2 hour ATV quad tour but hoped it was longer, this is the perfect choice. Choose your session (morning or afternoon) and the duration that you prefer (3 or 4 hours). We start with a safety briefing and equipment check to make sure you can confidently navigate the terrain on 200 cc quad bikes. Then, we’ll ride our ATV quads to visit several viewpoints around Koh Samui on this 3 or 4 hour ATV tour. Check out the incredible bird’s-eye views while having a ton of fun!

What to expect during the 3 or 4 hour ATV Mountain Tour
This ATV tour starts with a pickup from your hotel or villa on Koh Samui (see transfer zones). You can select a morning (09:00) or afternoon (13:30) departure, and you can pick either the 3 or 4 hour ATV tour option. Our driver will drop you off at the base camp, where it’s time to receive safety instructions. You’ll get a helmet and safety training before beginning the tour at approximately 10:00 or 14:30.
We’ll leave the camp and drive our ATVs on off-road terrain around Koh Samui. The locations and viewpoints are subject to change depending on the time and the driver’s skill. Itinerary
Choose either the morning or afternoon session. We’ll meet you at your hotel, villa or pickup point. Our driver will take you to the ATV base camp located towards Maenam.
We arrive at the ATV base camp. Fit your helmet and pick an ATV for your ride through the jungle. We start after the safety instructions by our local guides.
We drive our ATVs to Jo Garden next. This viewpoint offers a breathtaking view of Koh Samui.
Witness the natural beauty and surroundings of Khao Toei.
This is the name of the mountain in the area. Enjoy the fantastic views.
If you booked the 4-hour option, we have a Thai-style set lunch at a restaurant (usually at Rai Yai Pan Restaurant). For the 3-hour option, we'll enjoy a tasty snack box near Wat Teepangkorn.
We'll visit Pak Phraek Waterfall. It's near The Green Mountain. Make sure to bring extra clothes and a towel if you plan to take a dip.

Next is a visit to Song Raeu Waterfall. It's a quiet spot and the perfect place to take a swim.
Wat Teepangkorn is one of the main highlights of the tour. Check out the golden Buddha statue and 360-degree panorama sights of the island here.
We'll visit other viewpoints around The Green Mountain if you booked the extended 4-hour option.
At the end of the 3 or 4 hour ATV Mountain Tour, our driver will take you back to your hotel or villa for the return transfer.

Yes. The weight limit is 140 kg per ATV. Each ATV quad can seat either 1 person (1 driver) or up to 2 people (1 driver and 1 passenger).
Yes, you can! We have on-site staff ready with cameras to capture your best moments. If you need the files (soft copy), please contact our on-site staff immediately to receive them once the ATV tour ends.
The hotel transfers includes the areas of Lamai, Chaweng, Choengmon, Bophut, Maenam, and Nathon. If you are located somewhere else on the island or your hotel or villa is situated uphill, we will have to arrange a private transfer with extra fees. Alternatively, you can self-arrive to a nearby meeting location where we can pick you up for the ATV tour.
The 3 or 4 hour ATV Mountain Tour runs every day, no matter the weather. It’s actually a nice experience to have on a rainy day as you can test the capabilities of the ATV to the max. If it rains so hard that roads are inaccessible, we’ll offer you a different date or refund.
The minimum age to drive yourself is 15. You are only allowed to drive after a successful ability test at the base camp.
Experience is not necessary. If you feel comfortable driving an ATV, you can opt for a manual one. If it’s your first time we recommend driving an automatic ATV. Our guides will help you to get used to the machine and are always around to help if necessary.
Yes. Please check our prices above for the passenger fees for this tour. Passengers who are between 6 - 10 years old can join the tour for free. Passengers that are 11 years and above will be charged the standard passenger fees.
You can cancel your booking for free up until 24 hours in advance of the tour start date, no questions asked. We’ll refund you the deposit or you can choose to use it as an advance to a different booking or tour.
